We provide six types of wire shelving along with an array of accessories that have a wide range of applications. Our wire shelving comes in a variety of shelving depths that can fit any closet ,big or small, and we can create custom designs to meet your specific storage requirements.

Standard Designs

Our standard closet designs for wire shelving meet a range of needs that will give you ample space to hang and store your clothing, linens, pantry items, outdoor clothing, and cleaning supplies. Our standard designs fit both reach-in and walk-in closets:

  • Bedroom, Front Hall and Mudroom closets with a Standard Rod shelf at a height of 68″(height is dependent on size of the closet).
  • Linen closets with four levels of shelving.
  • Kitchen Pantry’s with either four or five levels of shelves.

Custom Designs

Not every storage need can be met with our standard designs, at Space Age Shelving & Design we are experts when it comes to maximizing storage space. We offer custom wire shelving closet designs manufactured by ClosetMaid and can design your reach-in and walk-in closets with a variety of shelving types.

The main features we offer with custom reach-in or walk-in closets are:

  • Double Hang shelving with either Shelf Rod or Total Slide
  • Five to seven levels of linen shelves
  • One to two levels of shoe shelves
  • Long hang sections

Our Design & Installation Process

Our storage specialists use a proven process to ensure every detail of your customized wardrobe is perfect:

  • Our free in-home consultation is an essential step to understand your needs, assess your space and take site measurements for the perfect fit.
  • These measurements are used to create a 3D rendering/design of your storage space with a quote for all recommended elements.
  • We collaborate with you to ensure that the customized storage solution we create meets your exact needs and specifications before starting the project.
  • A 50% deposit before the project begins secures the materials required.
  • We carry a stock of wire shelving and will install within 1 to 2 weeks of placing your order, sooner if our availability permits it.
